No pesticides nor chemical fertilizers or herbicides. No irrigation is used, forcing the roots to grow deep to find moisture, adding to the character of the wine.

The cellar of 340 sqm on three levels, the equipment and machinery for making and storing wine are included in the sale, as well as the 11,55 kw photovoltaic system.

The olive grove of 8.100 sqm (Leccino, Moraiolo, Frantoio) produces premium extravergine olive oil IGP Toscana.

Beehives, the synergic vegetable garden of 940 sqm and a little orchard are also included.
