This beautiful estate is located in the center of the provinces of Siena, Florence and Arezzo at an altitude of about 480 meters above sea level and enjoys splendid views of the vineyards, olive groves and woods typical of the area. It is located at the foot of a delightful historic village where we find all the essential services including two restaurants and a grocery store.

The estate is composed of a villa with independent outbuilding, park, gardens, free areas, swimming pool and a 12.14 hectare organic vineyard.

WINERY

The 12.14 hectare vineyard with contiguous parcels is covered by DOCG Chianti and DOC Valdarno di Sopra, divided into the following varieties: Sangiovese, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Alicante Bouschet, Canaiolo Nero, Cabernet Franc and Rebo.

There are 7 stainless steel tanks for a total capacity of 1540 HL for the vinification of the grapes.

As for the DOC Valdarno di Sopra, it is a recent consortium to which important companies and producers in the area have joined such as: Petrolo, Il Borro (Salvatore Ferragamo), Tenuta Sette Ponti, Carnasciale (Caberlot). This DOC is about to become the first Italian DOC entirely ORGANIC and the second in Europe.

AGRITURISM

The agriturismo is an old stone farmhouse completely restored respecting the original architectural features. The main body has its origins between 1200 and 1400 and is mentioned in the maps of the captains of Ventura.

There are four possible entrances from the park, the main one leading to the large living room with terracotta arches. Through a stone staircase, you reach the first floor where we find 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, in one room there is a traditional and working fireplace. An open wooden staircase gives  access to the attic with bedroom, a private bathroom and views.

The roof has exposed oak beams, beams and bricks in antique terracotta and is completely insulated.

Externally a loggia of about 40 square meters presents itself as a very pleasant space to enjoy shade and coolness on summer days.

The outbuilding of about 60 square meters is spread over two levels on the ground floor kitchen and bathroom on the upper floor two bedrooms one double the second a little smaller and a bathroom.

Both buildings are surrounded by a very well-kept park of about 1.5 hectares where there is also a raised swimming pool in total privacy surrounded by greenery of 6×12 meters with Roman steps at the head and a bowling alley nearby.

There are about 75 square meters of technical rooms for boilers, water treatment and storage.
