The farmhouse sits in a panoramic position in the hilly countryside of Arezzo. The location of the property is extremely positive as it is easy to reach and only 8 km from the old centre of Arezzo.

A private dirt road leads through the olive groves and vineyards and gives access to the property that consists of 3 independent stone buildings to restore: the main house of about 535 sq.m., the former pigsty of 72 sq.m. and a building of 110 sq.m. that they used to dry Tabaco, a well and 15 hectares of land.

The house is a nice example of architecture ‘Leopoldina’, developed on two floors and characterized by the Colombaia, the dovecot, at the centre of the roof.

The ground floor is composed of a long corridor that gives access to storage rooms and stables. An internal staircase in pietra serena gives access to the first floor with a beautiful living-kitchen with the original fireplace, scullery, 4 large bedrooms and 1 bathroom. 

A short, confortable staircase leads to the little tower. This panoramic room of 65 sq.m. can be used as a bedroom or private office.

All rooms have a high ceiling with exposed wooden beams and many original features are preserved like the bread oven on the ground floor, the stone stairs and the wooden doors.

The main house is in good structural condition, but needs an internal renovation. The two annexes are to be restored completely

The property includes 15 hectares of land of which 5 ha of vineyard, 1 ha of olive grove and 9 ha of woodland.
