Renovation
The main building and the outbuildings date back to 1900s; the buildings correspond to the typology of the Tuscan farmhouse, characterized by local stone walls, roofs in tiles and ceilings with wooden beams.
The buildings were completely renovated in the period 2000-2004, with particular attention to the quality of the materials. The window frames are made of wood and the windows are equipped with double glazing.
The state of maintenance is excellent.
Heating and water
The heating system is present in all rooms of the main house and can be used separately on the individual floors. The system consists of a LPG gas boiler with aluminum radiators; upstairs there is also a heating / cooling system with heat pump.
The water supply is ensured by an artesian well with a distribution system equipped with a water softener.
